AI Assistant for Your Website

It Answers From Your Website. Not From Guesswork.

Most of the questions landing in your inbox are already answered somewhere on your site. An AI chatbot for your website, trained on your own pages, handles them instantly, around the clock, and hands over to you when it's something only you can answer. Built in about two weeks, for a fixed price agreed before we start.

Ask us anything

Do you deliver to Galway, and how much is it?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery to Galway is €6.95, free on orders over €75, and usually arrives within three days.

From your Delivery and Returns page

Can I pay in instalments?

I don't have that in my information, so I won't guess. I've passed your question to the team, and they'll get back to you.

The difference that matters

Not the Chatbots You've Been Annoyed By

Nearly everyone has had a bad experience with a website chatbot. There's a reason, and it's worth understanding before you buy one.

The old kind

A Decision Tree in Disguise

Built in a flow builder, where someone draws every question and every answer in advance. Ask anything slightly different and it collapses into "Sorry, I didn't understand that" or a menu of four buttons, none of which is your question.

✕

Only knows what someone typed into it by hand

✕

Breaks the moment real people phrase things their own way

✕

Goes stale the week after launch

✕

Pushes frustrated customers towards your phone anyway

What we build

Grounded in Your Own Content

It reads your actual website (your pages, your prices, your policies) and answers in natural language from what's there. When your site changes, so does it. When the answer isn't in the material, it says so rather than inventing something.

✓

Understands questions phrased any way at all

✓

Answers from pages you approve, and nothing else

✓

Updates when your website updates

✓

Hands over cleanly when a person is needed

How it stays accurate

Where the Answers Come From

This is the whole thing. An assistant is only as trustworthy as the material behind it, and the discipline is in deciding what it may and may not use.

Your pages

Services, prices, delivery, policies, opening hours

Your documents

PDFs, price lists, FAQs you've written but never published

Your rules

What it must never say, and when to hand over

Not the open internet

It can't borrow a competitor's prices or invent a policy

Why "I don't know" is a feature. A general AI tool will always produce an answer, because that's what it's built to do. On your website that's a liability: an invented refund policy is one you may have to honour. Ours is built to answer only from what you've given it, and to hand over when it can't. Fewer answers, all of them yours.

What it's for

The Questions You Answer Fifty Times a Week

Out of Hours

Plenty of website visits happen in the evening, when nobody's at the desk. An enquiry that gets an answer at nine on a Sunday is an enquiry that doesn't go to whoever replies first on Monday.

The Same Six Questions

Do you deliver here, what does it cost, how long does it take, do you do this, are you open Saturday, where are you. They're already on your site. People still ask, because they'd rather ask than hunt.

Qualifying Before You Spend Time

It can ask the two or three things you'd ask anyway (what, where, roughly when) so that by the time an enquiry reaches you it's worth a call rather than a reply asking for basics.

How we build it

About Two Weeks, Start to Finish

1

Day 1

A Short Call

What you sell, what people keep asking, and the things the assistant must never attempt: quotes, complaints, anything with a legal edge. Half an hour, and it's most of what we need.

2

Week 1

Gathering What It Will Know

We pull your website content together and show you a list of exactly what's in scope. This is where gaps surface, usually a policy that was never written down. We'll flag them, and often the fix is a paragraph on your site that helps customers and search engines too.

3

Week 2

Build and Test With Your Real Questions

We build it, then test it against questions you've genuinely been asked, including awkward ones. You see every answer before it goes live and can veto any of them. Nothing launches that you haven't read.

4

Then on

Live, Watched and Updated

It goes on your site. We watch what people actually ask, which is always more interesting than what anyone predicted, and feed that back into the assistant and into your website, since a question asked fifty times belongs on a page.

What's included

A Setup Fee, Then a Monthly

The setup builds it. The monthly keeps it hosted, watched and current, because a business changes and an assistant that doesn't change with it becomes wrong. Every website is different, so we quote both after a short call, as a fixed price agreed before anything starts.

If your website content is thin (no delivery page, no written policies), the assistant has little to work with, and we'll tell you that on the first call rather than after taking a deposit. Writing those pages is work we can quote separately, and it helps your search visibility either way.

Which one do you need

When This Isn't the Right Thing

The dividing line isn't the size of your business. It's where the answers have to come from.

This page

A Website Assistant Is Enough If

✓

Everything it needs to know is on your website or in a few documents

✓

Your answers are the same for everyone who asks

✓

You want it live in weeks, at a fixed price

✓

Handing over to a person is a perfectly good outcome

Enterprise AI

You Need the Bigger Build If

✓

Answers depend on a customer's own account, booking or case

✓

They must come from systems a website can't reach

✓

You have procurement, accessibility or Irish-language obligations

✓

Being wrong has consequences beyond an annoyed customer

Starting small is a reasonable plan. A website assistant is a genuinely useful thing on its own, and it also tells you what customers actually ask before anyone commits to a larger build. Plenty of organisations should start here and only go further once the questions justify it. We'd rather sell you the smaller thing that works.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Website Assistants

Will it make things up?

It's built not to. It answers only from the content you've approved, and when a question falls outside that it says so and hands over rather than guessing. This is the main difference between a proper assistant and pointing a general AI tool at your website: a general tool will always produce something, which on your own site is a liability. No system is perfect, which is why we test against your real questions before launch and you can veto any answer.

What happens when it can't answer?

It says it doesn't know, takes the person's details, and sends you the conversation so you have the full context rather than a cold "someone asked something". You can set which topics always go straight to a human: complaints, quotes, anything sensitive.

Do I need a lot of content for this to work?

You need your common answers written down somewhere: site pages, a FAQ, even a document. If your website says very little, the assistant will have very little to say, and we'll tell you that at the start rather than after you've paid. Writing those pages is worth doing regardless, since it helps customers and search engines as well.

Does it work on WhatsApp or Facebook?

On the Plus package, yes: the same assistant, with the same answers, in the places your customers already message you. On the standard package it lives on your website.

What about GDPR?

We'll tell you where conversations are processed before you sign, set retention to what you choose, and give you the wording for your privacy policy. If someone types something personal into the chat, that's personal data and it's handled accordingly. We'd rather raise this than have it discovered later.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, instantly, and it's a sensible thing to ask. One line removed from your site and it's gone. There's a three-month minimum on the monthly fee, then 30 days' notice.

Will it replace someone's job?

Not in a business this size. It takes the repetitive questions that already interrupt the day (delivery, opening hours, do you do this) so the people who'd otherwise answer them can deal with the enquiries that are actually worth their time.

How is this different from your enterprise work?

Scale, and where the knowledge lives. This answers from your website. The enterprise work models knowledge across several systems, with governance, accessibility and procurement requirements attached, and takes months rather than weeks. Same discipline, very different project. More on that here.
